It is regrettable that you feel the need to be so unreasonable and quite frankly rude and disrespectful in your latest comments. We run a fair and honest business and I re-iterate that we do not benefit from deposit deductions in anyway whatsoever. Any deductions made are always accounted for and are purely for dilapidations or outstanding rent only. The tenancy is between the tenant and landlord. We have over 2000 clients on our system and unfortunately we are unable to search 'RS' to find out who you are to enable us to provide a fair response to this specific case. However, we can confirm that before any tenant takes possession of a property, a photographic and written inventory is provided as proof of the condition of the property. Having looked into your comments further we understand that you provided the tenant with your contact details and so they did make contact direct with you without our knowledge. As a result you provided them with contact details of British Gas cover. With regard to the 'certain problems' that you relate to, I did explain at the valuation and several times afterwards that ...
