This company has lost me return deposit money of nearly £400 pounds due to their staff not even bothering to back up my claim. Also they claim that they have checked contractors and in most cases did not put forward more than one quote for a job at exorbitant prices. I sourced my own suppliers even though I live 199 miles away. Tried to charge me £120 for an annual expenditure sheet.
