From above: I was surprised that the 'admin fee' was so much to begin with as I have tended not to pay them in the past and I generally believe that this is something which should be factored into the rent. However, Rudi was extremely proactive in helping us out and chasing referees where I was having difficulties. We moved in far quicker than I ever envisioned and turnaround was always instantaneous. As such, the fees felt justified in this instance.

All in all we were pleased with WB. Managed to move fee to 0.75%ish. Personally I have never been sure of why fee is based on houseprice. Lovely people and generally helpful. Valuation at 650k, we decided to put on at 675k and even though we recieved a subsequent 675k offer, sold to a cash buyer at 670k. Would recommend WB at Turnpike Lane.
