Very disappointed with West Wales property. An appointment was arranged, agent did not arrive, after us taking time off work. When agent was contacted the answer we had was a voicemail was left and that they had overbooked appointments. Rubbish customer service....

We bought a property from the Milford Haven branch of West Wales and dealt with Lydia. Right through from first viewing to collecting the keys she was a consummate professional.
