There was nothing they could do to change our mind. Robin Jones rarely answer the telephone as I\'m sure he felt he was too important to deal with the public and in fact I\'m sure he actually thought he was doing you a favour by giving you his permission to purchase a property!

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent did not carry out regular inspections of the house as agreed. The tenants had pets which had bern disallowed. The carpets were stinking of cat wee. The door frames had been scratched. The young inexperienced lady I dealt with did not have a clue ! The man in charge had plenty of charm but did not solve the issues.

What agent could do to change your mind?
- Conduct thorough inspections during the tenancy - not just of the house, but of the garden and out-buildings too. - Acknowledge when they have made mistakes and try to rectify said mistakes. - Keep the landlord/landlady informed about maintenance issues at the property. - Improve their customer service generally.
