Many, many issues. Main one water is ingress due to common gutter pipe in March 2016. Still not sorted Jan 2017. Left without a home, staying in rented accomodations just now paying rent.

Average, although they can send out 3 reminder letters in one month with a £15 charge. They say it is automatically issued. THEY KNOW HOW TO MILK IT!!

These guys are useless, they claim they have contracted work only for it either to not have been done or done to a substandard level The rates that they charge are frightening. Honestly, I am stunned they are not vetted or part of any governance.

With respect to Mr Campbell claims. Decree was granted against Mr
Campbell which he had recalled. He then obtained a sum in his favour in
our absence which was settled to him in full. Mr Campbell has not been a
