Be careful using them. They were ok during the whole tenancy, but once you checkout they try to take as much of your deposit as possible. They tried charging a total of £900 for mine although I have kept it really well!...

Unfortunately these 'various deductions' were way out of order as I said previously. The smallest of wall marks does not equate to £500 worth of deposit - as I said (and wish to make others aware) I should not be charged £500 for coat marks on walls that may have developed over time. I have also tried to get rid of these marks so they were hardly even visible. Hi, I have completed some investigations and I believe that you are tenant (*identity removed). I can now respond according to the facts in this case. 1. Viva Lettings never managed your tenancy. This was managed directly by your landlord. 2.Your tenancy ended on Friday the 30th October. 3. Your landlord informed us that he would be carrying out his own checkout inspection on Saturday 7th November prior to us coming to the property. 4.
