The fees were not dissimilar to other agents but were a little higher than what their main competitor offered. When we approached Thomas Morris about this they were happy to match their competitors fees, we were pleased with this and therefore chose to use Thomas Morris as the staff we had met at Thomas Morris were more approachable and generally seemed a better bunch!
