I have to say I find this expensive. Most letting agents only charge 4 weeks deposit not 6 which I was happy to pay natuarlly, but then I was also have been make to pay a £200.00 charge for my partners dog, who wont be nor my partner living with me, this will merely be an occasional visit at weekends, I do find this disappointing, but I have been told this is not negotiable (even for a dog that's not living at the property)

I'm never a fan of Agents fees but I was very happy with the rate I negotiated. The agent quoted the rate at the initial meeting and never backtracked when I mentioned it during our following meeting.
