I accepted an offer through the Ramsey office of £15000 below asking price, to accommodate a sale of our property in Sept.18. I had high regard for Julie Spinks at Ramsey and we agreed the sale. Alarm bells started to ring this month when after answering all the questions the solicitors had thrown at us we did make some progress with the sale.
