We disclose our fees on every set of property details and Rightmove so they are very clear for everyone to see before viewing a property. To then call and complain the fees are to high and ask for a reduction on fees after viewing a property makes no sense and just because we refuse does not make us "defensive & shirty". Our fees are inline with our competitors and there are no additional costs so would recommend a little more research is done before making incorrect statements. ...
