What agent could do to change your mind?
I would have appreciated honesty and all agreements to be made in writing at the start, better communication and transparency. I am fully aware that the seller pays the agent's commission, but for a deal to work in everybody's best interests, the agent needs to be less biased. False promises do not go down well and marketing tactics in this case fell flat. A suggestion for Newman Estate Agents and for Kane in general would be to tailor their approach to the customer and deal fairly, openly and transparently when the customer asks, or face a no-win situation instead.
