I can confirm this comment. The ‘professional’ was surprised that we were waiting at the property to accompany him. He had already just not turned up the first day he was due. He told us he likes to turn up unannounced. We soon discovered why. The check out service was shockingly bad. A few photos were clicked off. Damage was missed which we had to point out to him. We had to argue for damage to be included. He did not really appear to be interested. I would advise anyone to use ...
