Tenant Link has been letting in Southampton for over twenty years, we have a philosophy of always putting ourselves in the position of our customers. Which we believe has contributed to our success. We have a portfolio of over five hundred properties, from customers who benefit from our Full Management Service, to those who just want a contract correctly administered.

Fees were miscommunicated which was disappointing, we didn’t feel like the fees were laid out clearly from the start. However, in comparison to most agencies, this fee wasn’t as pricey.

After all of this we found out the £500 we had paid to hold the house was being taken as agency fees, at no point had this been mentioned to us, we had asked about it but the answer had been evaded. I understand this was a miscommunication but it needs to be made much clearer from the start.
