They have to be one of the worst letting agents in North London. The flat I rented was disgusting and if you complain they threaten to kick you out! Not sure how this is allowed....

Not deserved in the slightest, should get rid of the rude staff in the office, only one lady I have spoken to was of any help an older lady who was very polite and done her job.
