Surrey & Hampshire are an independent property agent and as such provide a professional and personal service to both Vendors and Buyers as well as Landlords and Tenants that so many corporate companies are unable to do. Unlike a lot of larger property agents we do not centralise our administration team in some far off remote town where the staff do not know our customers. We have a small and friendly team based in our office in Godalming.

I really can't see how we can be perceived as 'not responsive'. Lea, contacted us on Monday with a few issues. We spoke to her landlord who asked us to research the issues. I visited the property the very next day, reported back to the landlord who instructed us to resolve the issues of which we are doing so booking in contractors to fix the shower and the fridge. We moved into our property in early 2019. Surrey and Hants moves things very quickly, to ensure that we got our keys within a couple of days.
Whilst living at the property, we had a couple of issues (not the fault of S&H) - when these issues arose, the team were efficient and responsive. The worst literally the worst estate agency which I ever met !! We were renting flat for nearly two years - the most horrible two years in our life. No one was interested of state of the property, dispute of constantly emailing the problems they were ignored straigh away. Standard excuse - never received your email.
