It is obviously very dissapointing to hear that our service levels have fallen below the standards both you and we expect.

UPDATE: Two days after I posted this review, I was contacted by the branch manager of the Lower Addiscombe Road Streets Ahead to apologise for the poor level of service we received. All repairs to the property have now been carried out, and the broken furniture has been removed and replaced. It has taken a week or so to get everything to be completed, but I’m happy to say that Streets Ahead stayed in touch much more regularly throughout the process.
I would actually recommend them again ...
