The only negative point I can make here is their charges are too high. For a two bed flat for two adults, the total agency charges are in the region of ‚£875. This includes agency fee, reference check fee, and check in/out. This is way too high from standard agency charges of ‚£500 in Woking and should be reviewed by Townends.
