The fees are very expensive - considering we were moving from London we expected the fees to be lower- and the admin fee is always a bit farcical as there is no need for there to be a utilities service as you have to call them all up and do it yourself anyway.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
