They work hard to ensure they are competitive. We found their written words and photography excellent. Unusually, they are able to sell the merits of a property, rather than merely allowing the prospective tenant to wonder aimlessly. They are focused on ensuring the tenant gets what they are looking for and ensuring the owner gets a decent tenant.

The agency fees plus the credit check fees in my opinion are quite over priced compared to other agent's This is not the most expensive I've seen but it is on a similar price. I've made before the same process with other agency and the fees were half of the price compare to this one.
