From your comments the sale proceeded to a satisfactory completion, and after an error was made in invoicing, we immediately acknowledged this and then kept you and your solicitor informed of a delay and in doing so offered a payment by cheque. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
