No agencies fees are cheap and you get what you pay for. I pay 15% monthly fee and for that I get peace of mind and a good professional service that so far has been very good. As I have said before I do not want the hassle of dealing direct with the tenants who believe that you are constantly at their bec and call. I live 40 miles away from my rented property so a local estate agency to manage my property works for me.

I feel that the Admin fees were a little high considering that on a few occasions property and tenant details were incorrect in documents sent to me which then had to be corrected. Ideally I would not have to correct basic details.
