Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Naturally I am disappointed you felt the contact & service you were given didn't match your level of expectations. We always endeavour to keep all clients kept fully up to date throughout the process & always help progress matters where possible. Unfortunately, once a sale has been agreed we are at the mercy of the solicitors to progress the legal aspect of the process in a timely manner & we can only pass on information that is obtained from them ...
