Although their fees are not the cheapest in the area, I am a firm believer in 'you get what you pay for'. Right from the outset, they were confident we could achieve the upper market value and would sell within days of the property going on the market, and they delivered on both counts. Other agents with cheaper fees were just out to market the property for the lowest price possible in order to attain a quick sale. The difference between the 2 agents fees were more than covered by achieving the higher market value with Simon Miller.
