Dear Nicola, Thank-you for your review, we are glad to hear you are happy with our service overall. In response we do not setup direct debits however do provide tenants with the bank details for the standing order in advance of the tenancy being signed. With regards to the gas safety certificate as this is a legal requirement for us to provide a valid copy to the tenants at point of moving in, if you can supply us with 2 valid copies for that period we will happily reimburse you the £60. ...
