Shanta Letting's fees were very fair every step of the way. They have a bank of reputablie and reliable tradesmen that offer excellent work at honest prices. Had I carried out the legality landlord work independently I would have spent a fortune, along with finding it hugely time consuming. Shanta Letting not only offers very competitive fees, but offers expertise and reliability I have not seen in other property management companies.
