With regard to fees I have chosen to accept those fees agreed. I would prefer if terms such as “set-up” fee were avoided and would prefer if a single price for the service were stated. When choosing a supplier factors taken into consideration are price, the quality of service delivered and trust gained from previous service delivery. So of course fees are important they are not the only factor in supplier selection.

The fees seem roughly in line with other agents fees. However, I think the service far exceeds other agents I have dealt with previously. I think the initial costs are high, but the monthly management fee seems acceptable for the peace of mind offered.
