I hope you got your money back. They scammed me in exactly the same way! The only way to get my money back was to report them to the Property Redress Scheme, but u have to do it before 6 months after you payed. I reported them to trading standards and police...and there is an open criminal investigation as far as i know, and there are many victims that reported them, but these scammers are still allowed to operate.unbelievable! ...

If you don't do your job professionally, you can't get customers' trust. Without customers' trust, you still carry on your business by giving reasons and excuses, but for how long. Think about your business in future. or ask yourself, are you doing short term business.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Turn up to the viewing, or at least if you know you're not going to make it, call your customer and let them know in good time. Don't make people have to repeatedly call you back. If you say I'm going to get back to you in a couple of minutes, it should be a couple of minutes.
