What agent could do to change your mind?
Hire staff that are good at what they do and care about their clients rather than chasing the money. Act responsibly and professionally. Have penalties in place for contractors that fail to deliver. Improve their communication with their clients. Offer a refund on service charges when mistakes are made.

Salter Rex charge ‚£1400 a year per flat to manage the building. They also charge 10-15% on top of repairs for managing fees which add to the overall cost and do not provide value for money.

I completely agree with "Kohan" - Salter Rex manage (apparently) my leasehold flat I own in Tooting and are nothing short of ATROCIOUS. Possibly one of the worst companies that I have ever had the upmost dis-pleasure of dealing with. Un-professional, negligent, impossible to get hold of, and completely unresponsive. They are however excellent at one thing; and that is sending bills, which they do regularly, for services that I do not seem to get any benefit form. Any time that planned work is do ...
