We are also trying to purchase our freehold so that we can leave salter Rex.. They are just disgraceful beyond all words.. The only contact we. Ever recieve Is regarding the extortionate bills for doing absolutely nothing.. ...

We got rid of Salter Rex as managers of our block by going to the LVT. Yippee!
Even the professional body want to distance themselves from Salter Rex's appalling practice - they have been reprimanded and fined by RICS.
