rent from the year before was increased by over ‚£35 which is not reasonable. admin fees of over ‚£200were not reasonable either when other agencies charge ‚£70!

Taken up the offer to review their business model on explanation that households cannot move in four days. Made a much more concerted effort to protect tenants from their landlord. Cared.
