Comment on agent fees
We originally put the house up to sale at ƒÆ’¢â‚¬Å¡ƒâ€š‚£99,995.00 and were given an agent's fee quote. We did, however, sell for ƒÆ’¢â‚¬Å¡ƒâ€š‚£90,000 and expected the fees to be reduced. However, apparently there is just a standard selling fee up to a certain amount.
