I think the fees are very reasonable. As I know they put in a lot of effort to get me a lot of viewings and helped me to sell my house in a short period of time. Even after we had accepted an offer Ryder and dutton always kept in touch with weekly updates.

The monthly fee agent fee is a high percentage, however Ryder and Dutton do sort all issues and deal with any letting or tenant problems for us; taking away the time consuming work and stress of letting a property.
