It is a very high cost for the agency fees, especially when moving on my own, same price as the centre of Manchester. Other agents in the area charge a lot less. However, I fell in love with the house and was impressed by the service, so after much debate decided to go ahead and pay them. It has left me very poor for the next couple of months tho.
