I can understand the frustration in not having utilities connected initially, these were disconnected by the seller due to the circumstances of the sale, however, it is the responsibility of a buyer to have these re-connected on purchase. I apologise if this wasn't conveyed to you more clearly. All for sale boards are removed within two weeks of the completion date so this will be removed shortly if it hasn't been already. Looking around the market they are high. Should a problem occur they don't put much effort into solving it, and considering the size of the company a little bit of pressure could be used. But if it is my problem they are quick to jump on it. A shame they don't have that work ethic on the flip side of things.
