Although the service was very good I do think the fee was a little to high , thats just my personal opinion. Also as im attempting to purchase a property, againg through your company who are assiting me very well (Sue, Chadderton branch) surley it would be benifitial to everybody if the seller had to obtain a standard survey! I say this having spent near ‚£800 on surveys already with nothing to show.
