You get what you pay for and although Ryder and dutton had slightly higher price than some competitors this was so worth that little extra at every step in the process the service and quality were above the rest

Estate Agent fees generally seem high especially compared to Solicitors fees. However, the cheaper agents don't seem to offer as complete a package as Ryder & Dutton.

To be honest I wouldn't be happy with any of the fees but it's something that has to be paid and the fees with Ryder and Dutton are considerably less than some of the agents out there. So I would rate them as ok.
