I did not consider the additional fees to be worthwhile. The justification for the additional fees was the ease of contacting the agent if there was any advantage in this it was marginal.

Bradley Your email dated 07/06/18 suggested an asking price of £135,000 to 140,000. The property was initially marketed at offers over £135,000 so the asking price was in accordance with your advice. Hi Maryam, I am sorry you're disappointed and your move wasn't everything you expected. Unfortunately though these are not problems with ourselves these issues should have been raised with your surveyor. We weren't aware there were any further issues with your home as both you and your mother were shown the property on five separate occasions, you had a full survey and we were informed you'd done all your checks and everything was fine before exchange of contracts.
