A little more than competitors - had the property sold for the original asking price, then the fee would have been comparable. However a flat fee, rather than a percentage of sale price was given, which resulted in a comparably higher fee as the sale price was reduced.

Although they are not the cheapest estate agent in the area, they are very upfront with regard to their costs and reasoning. To be honest their services didn't cost all that much more than other agents, and in my opinion the slight increase was very reasonable and worthwhile for what you get.
