I can't usefully comment on the fee package offered as I, personally, did not do the research on the alternatives. (Please ignore the 'yes or no' response on 'fee satisfaction' which I am required to give in the 'feedback' section, below. I would prefer an option such as 'no opinion'.) However, it may be helpful for buyers and sellers of property to know that some estate agents receive an 'introduction fee' from solicitors if the estate agent is asked to find a solicitor to act on behalf of the buyer/seller. I would advise buyers/sellers to get advance quotations themselves from prospective solicitors, as this may well reduce their overall bill for the sale.
