I think the charges are a little higher than other Agent's in the area, however, I have been very pleased with the service they provided & therefore think that the slightly higher fees are warranted. They secured a very quick sale and have provided excellent service throughout the selling process.

Not applicable to us but we would suggest that the vendors should pay some kind of fee for pulling out of the sale as we don't think this reflects well on Ryder and Dutton even though it wasn't their fault.
