Comment on agent fees
The only downside is the total fee of ‚£300 pounds we had to pay: ‚£95ƒâ€”2 for checks and another ‚£100 for the Tenancy Agreement including card fees. Other than this we had a good experience dealing with Ryder Dutton and we would recommend them.

Thanks for this positive review. We do try to keep everyone fully advised during the application process. We are sorry that you feel our charges to tenants are expensive. There is quite a lot of work for us in the application process and also with regard to preparing the tenancy agreement, registration of the deposit and all the associated paperwork. Unlike most other agents we do offer tenants a free initial credit check before we accept the application fees so if this check is failed the £95 ...
