My only issue is with retention of deposit at end of tenancy. This is very much stacked against the tenant whose only redress seems to be through a lengthy ombudsman process.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I found Romans as an organisation to be too commercial / contractural and inflexible and for that reason would not use them agian.
