Romans have been a pain since day one I started renting through them along with my partner. They have been very unhelpful with any queries we've had, especially when the front door of the property wasn't opening and closing properly and had to be fixed. We called them to address the issue and they said they will call back but they never did. Now that we're moving out they started holding viewings but no one bothers to tell us if a viewing gets cancelled! Then they asked us to pay a fee for a ref ...
