Robert Watts Estate Agents is truly a family concern. It was established by Bob Watts in 1979 and he whilst he is still involved on a consultancy basis, the professionally qualified firm is now run by his three children James, John and Kate, ably assisted by our vastly experienced and loyal staff members. All three have grown up within the business and have experience at every level, which we feel is so important in helping our clients and all our directors are available on a day to day basis.

The firm includes not only the estate agency sales division but also a thriving rentals department with over 800 managed houses, a successful auction service, an "in-house" conveyancing arm, a land and new homes department, a chartered surveying division as well as offering financial planning and mortgages. The firm currently employs 30 staff spread over 5 offices who all live within the area and have a staggering amount of experience in the industry. We are also proud to have just opened an exciting new office in Shelf, HX3 after acquiring long established agent Bennett Kaye.

We were delighted to be recognised within the top 3% of estate agents throughout the country at the 2020 EA Master event in conjunction with Rightmove and the Property Academy and our ground breaking new Online Tracker service has been developed to allow our clients to monitor their sale or let 24/7. Looking after our loyal customers is so important to ensure we continue to deliver a first rate service and we are also proud past ESTAS winners with gold for Yorkshire's 'Best Rental Chain' and bronze for 'Best Letting Agent' for the whole of the UK.

We have been an official partner of Bradford City Football Club and are keen on supporting local grass roots sport at all levels with continued sponsorship of Gomersal Cricket Club. We also continue to support many other local causes including Eliza's Picnic, an annual charity event in Cleckheaton for juvenille arthritis.

I have not done a fee comparison with other agents within the local area and had agreed to the fee at the beginning of the process. I would have appreciated more exposure for the property to help sell as I believe Rightmove may be the only internet base used as well as the agent.
