Letting agency fees are pretty good. You can always find cheaper but they offer a great service for the charges and they give me confidence that should any issues arise while I am away they will be dealt with professionally.

I am always looking to reduce outgoings wherever possible, I would like the letting fees to be a little less, but I believe I am getting a very good rate. I will ask again for a reduction in due course, as that is what I do.
