Aboslute rubbish. Paid him over £2,000 for doing almost nothing. No board to advertise house for sale.
If we wanted to know anything , we had to ring the office to get information. When a buyer was found, Surprise, surprise, a board arrived "Sold by Robert Hale" ...

Over ‚£2,000 for very little work by him. Advertised online , yes, occasionally. Solicitors cost a lot less for all the work they did
