Thank you for your feedback, i am surprised to hear this as Rachel is usually very helpful and attentive with everybody but i will discuss with her. Regarding the extension we were acting on the Landlords instruction to only extend by 1 month, it seems when you went to him directly he decided to reconsider. Best wishes ...
