Charging approximately 2% of the sale price is acceptable in my opinion, so happy with paying that to find a buyer within 2 weeks of going up for sale.

I do think the fees are high. My house sold very quickly and a board was not necessary. The total buying and selling of the two properties came to over ‚£8,000 and this seems to me to be too high. I think there could be be a sliding scale based on time taken to sell.
