Comment on agent fees
Of the three estate agents we contacted Reeds Rains fees were the highest however I feel that we got value for money as we sold our property quickly and was happy with the purchase price. Once the sale had been agreed Reeds Rains continued to work hard on our behalf, contacting our buyer's and their solicitors to chase things up when necessary.
